JMSWORD sells swords and related products only for lawful ownership and use. Laws concerning purchase, possession, import, transport, display, and use vary by country, state, province, and locality. Customers are responsible for confirming that an item may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, and used at the delivery destination.

Customers must meet the minimum legal age that applies at the delivery destination and any minimum age stated by JMSWORD. An order may be cancelled when age, address, carrier, customs, or legal restrictions prevent fulfillment.

Swords can cause serious injury. Keep all products secured and away from children and unauthorized users. Do not use a product against any person or animal, for unlawful activity, or in a manner inconsistent with the product description and safety information.
